|Recommended: YesEveryone Wants To Live Here — Living here is comfortable. There's not too much movement and therefore barely any noise. During the pandemic, people have been wonderful, management included. They encouraged us to submit recipes for a cookbook when we were cooking up a storm during the stay at home period. Since I've lived here they've been installing new unit doors, lighting, and appliances, to name a few. People don't move out very much so you get to know your neighbors, but they never get in your business. Maintenance staff are reliable and friendly. The views are spectacular if your unit faces West or South. For the future, I cannot wait for new lobby furniture and there's been talk about how good it would be to have a doggie bath tub in the laundry room. This is one of the best places to live in Northwest.

|Recommended: YesOverall Very Good — The building is well maintained, questions and concerns are answered promptly. Jose is great. Only complaint is that it gets really hot in this building in the winter with the radiators blasting. Sometimes gets to over 80 degrees indoors.
